The public site may process ordinary technical request information such as page URL, referrer, device or browser category, approximate region, and interaction events through Vercel hosting and Vercel Analytics. When you choose a product, Dodo Payments handles checkout, billing, tax, receipts, and the customer portal under its own terms. GitHub handles repository invitations, authentication, and access. RankCue may receive purchase status, product, customer contact details, connected GitHub identity, and support messages needed to deliver and support the product.

Information is used to operate and secure the site, understand aggregate page and checkout-button performance, complete purchases, grant repository access, prevent abuse, provide updates, answer support requests, maintain records, and meet legal or tax obligations. RankCue does not sell personal information. Marketing messages should only be sent where separately requested or otherwise permitted, and their unsubscribe controls should be honored.

Information is shared only with service providers required for hosting, analytics, checkout, repository delivery, communications, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms. Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for delivery, support, security, accounting, dispute handling, and applicable law. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You can limit analytics with browser privacy controls, avoid checkout if you do not want to provide purchase information, and disconnect or leave a GitHub repository from GitHub. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about relevant personal data. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or transaction purposes. Use the instructions on the Contact page and do not send sensitive credentials.

This policy may change when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published. Continued use after a revision means the current policy applies to later interactions; earlier processing remains governed by the policy and law applicable at that time.
